For some reason when I try to access the video page on my brand new WindowsXP computer, all I get is a couple of empty windows with an "X" in the corner. What am I doing wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong at all. Microsoft no longer distributes the Java Virtual Machine, so you need to download it.   Please Follow the instructions here: Get Java Now!

Are there any hidden charges or am I ever re-billed for services?
Absolutely NOT! You are in full control of how much time you obtain. You have to approve all times obtained.

How secure is my information?
100% SECURE! Our processors use the latest encryption technology and are certified by Verisign or Thwarte as being a "Secured Transaction" processor. Your e-mail address will never be sold or distributed to any 3rd party. ALL of your information is safe with us! The only email communications you receive will be directly from American Muscle Cam or CCBill, our payment processor.

What does it cost?
AmericanMuscleCam.com is FREE to visit. You can view the performer's profile and his gallery all for free. You may also view their Free Chat & Video for no cost. 

How will my Purchases appear on my Credit Card statement?
The Time you purchase will appear on your credit card under the name CCBill-Adam Com

How does it work?
Example:
You purchase credits in the amount specified in billing center, then go chat with the man of your choice. When you are done, if you have any credits left, they remain in your account until you use them. After you have used up your credits you may buy more on our "Buy More Time" page. All unused credits will remain in your account for 6 months from your purchase date.  

What do I need to view the performers?

Are there any Rules I need to follow?
Yes, here are the Rules you must follow:

RESPECT. Please be respectful while in the chat rooms. Don't insult our men or make any rude comments. If you are disrespectful to our performers, you will be BANNED.
 
NO SICK FANTASIES. Conversations or fantasies about rape or sex with minors are not allowed. Any discussions involving these topics will have you automatically BANNED.

NO FREEBIES. While in FREE chat, don't ask us to show nudity or flash you. If you want to see these hot bodies, we'll be more than happy to oblige in a private chat room.

PURCHASE PRIVATE CHAT TIME EVERY SO OFTEN. We are happy to offer you a chance to chat for FREE with our musclemen, but to remain in good standing, we request that you purchase private chat time very so often. If you continually visit our chat rooms but don't buy private chat time, then you may be BANNED as our performers need to pay attention to our paying customers.

NO ADVERTISING. Do not advertise your website on www.AmericanMuscleCam.com. Ad space and links are available for rent. Email us for details.

NO MSN, YAHOO, ICQ or other Instant-messenger requests. To protect our performers' privacy, they are not allowed to chat with you outside of www.AmericanMuscleCam.com.

NO ARRANGING PERSONAL MEETINGS. Any discussion involving personal meetings with our performers is absolutely forbidden. Any such attempt will lead to automatic BANNING. Any "stalking" or any other kind of personal threat will result in us taking legal and criminal action to protect our performers.

NO OUTSIDE RECRUITMENT. Do not offer any personal or professional photo or video opportunities for your personal or professional use, website or other commercial purposes. Any mention or request of anything even close to this nature will have you BANNED from our website.

NO FRAUD. When you purchase private chat time, fill out all fields in full, truthfully and accurately. Doing so will ensure your good standing in our website. Failure to do so will result in termination of your account(s) and privileges without warning.

NO CREDIT CARD ABUSE. You are absolutely wrong if you think you can purchase services, charge back, and do it again without negative consequences. AmericanMuscleCam.com works with ISP's and legal agencies globally and will prosecute in ALL instances of Credit Card and Online Checking fraud as well as Identity Theft. If you think you are anonymous on the Internet, think again. Fraud is a serious crime.


NO CHARGE BACKS. Do not "Charge back" any sales. If you experienced any problems with your connection during a private chat or were otherwise dissatisfied, contact support at webmaster@AmericanMuscleCam.com . We will investigate the matter and do all we can to resolve it. Charge backs will hurt your credit and ability to make purchases in the future.
